Dunkin' - Newark

I have a nut allergy, and unfortunately, they used the same spoon that had stirred a drink with almond milk for my beverage. I informed them of my allergy and requested that they remake it. The server suggested I "try it" and became upset with me, refusing to remake it until her manager came over. It was a serious situation, as I could have had a severe reaction if I had consumed any of it.

The staff was incredibly friendly— they even gave me a ride back to my destination with a large order of donuts, saving me from having to walk.

I visit this location every time I'm in town for Devils games. The staff are all incredibly kind and friendly, regardless of who is working. The service is always accompanied by a smile.
