Philly Style Express - Newark

This restaurant primarily serves takeout pizza, steak, and subs in an Italian style, although there are a few seats available for dining in. The establishment appeared clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was ready quickly. I had the mushroom cheesesteak with onions, which was generously sized with plenty of meat and a great roll. The meat was perfectly balanced—not too greasy and not too dry. Most importantly, the ratio of meat, cheese, mushrooms, and onions was just right. Overall, it was a surprisingly delicious sandwich and a very positive experience. The price was $11.

The cheesesteaks are fantastic, and the pizza is also delicious. I highly recommend this place 100%!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Their pizzas are unbeatable, and I can confidently say that the cheesesteaks here are the best I've ever had!

Have been to this place several times and have not been disappointed. Tried fish gyro, Italian sub, chicken cheesesteak and its all been great must try this place New owners since October of 21. Very nice family owned business give them a try
