The staff was very unprofessional with the way they talked to the customers who treated food and had continental sidebar talks with other employees. No one wants to hear from tik tok conversations when I'm the only customer there and you take your time.
I had a voucher for my own salad that a friend gave me. The first time I ordered a salad, an employee took the $2.00 without hesitation from my salad. He gave me another voucher for my next visit. Next time I ordered a salad and another employee together with the manager said I'd buy a soup and then I'd get $2.00. I told them your employee took the last time I bought a salad. They both shook their heads and said not sad. You could have said the least that this time we give you the $2.00, but next time you have to order a 2nd article. The salads are fresh and tasty, but extremely overpriced. Seems management has no customer service skills. My friend, who gave me the $2.00 coupon, said she had a terrible experience with one of the cashiers. The cashier was mad at my friend because the manager apologises and said they lost their house.. I think my friend called corporate as the cashier was really mean to her. The manager shouldn't have told my friend that the cashiers are personal. How unprofessional.
The other day during the trip for my son Baseball tournament. Place is very well kept and exceptionally clean. We were helped by a very nice woman named Danielle. She was super patient with my children and very helpful to provide information and answer our questions about the menu. Such a polite lady, and clearly very effective at her job! We don't live in the area, but if we ever get through again? ll be sure to stop here!!!
Every time we order something is not correct. You sent the wrong food, no food, for the wrong person, and so on. Several times we contacted the delivery people and they would talkliver. Sometimes the shop has the revival right, sometimes not. Today they have forgotten half of the food again. I called and tried to talk to someone about the rest of him being delivered and the answer was, so, contact the delivery and get a refund.? Rude. Well, it would be nice after waiting to eat something. Long to short contacted delivery and they provided another delivery for the forgotten items. The bag came and the food was okay, but with the wrong drink. Ridiculous! We just can't understand why they don't seem to get anything right. The order tags are always correct so that they cannot read them. Probably not order from here again.
My husband and I stopped in earlier tonight for salad and soup. Upon arriving we were greeted by two girls. One was incredibly friendly and nice, and made really nice salad! Her coworker however wasn?t very nice to my husband when he ordered soup and asked what sizes were available. She rudely pointed at the counter and told him the cup sizes were right there in front of him. He didn?t notice the cups because they were white, sitting on a white counter. The girl making my salad was polite and asked me if all the toppings were okay, and if she could do anything else for us. At checkout, the girl who was serving my husband the soup, was ringing us out. She was also not friendly with me at the register, and seemed to be impatient with me using their credit card machine. Not the best experience. At the end of it all, the soup was watery and not the best quality.
