Seasons Pizza - Newark

Drive downhill in terms of quality. We were regular customers, sometimes twice a month for the last 3 years. Quality and consistency have begun to slip a lot. The same thing from one order to the next would be different prepared and several times we had delivered the wrong order. There are many small pizza shops nearby and we will now begin to take our store there.

I ordered pizza and there was no sauce. I was told they were coming back and being replaced. When my husband arrived, they gave him a hard time to ask for pictures and implied that it was lying. We sent pictures and nothing yet. I went there (first) and asked that pizza was ready and that the GM or company number was available. When I arrived, nobody knew, and they didn't want to give me the number! The manager also hid and didn't speak to myself. 3 excursions for their mistake! I'm a frequent customer.

Every time I order from this store, I find a strange object in my food. This place is disgusting and I will never order again.

Excellent, there were only 3 people in the restaurant and they did a fantastic job. You can't hire people like anywhere else. The food was very good, we had cheese steaks

Been to this place 3 times and twice (2 times) they have gotten our PIZZA order wrong. Unbelievable. Never went back to complain because we were already back at the house and had people to feed for parties. Not sure if they pay attention but apparently they don't due to the fact twice orders were wrong
