Seasons Pizza - Newark

After several phone calls someone finally answered the phone and then hung up the phone I tried calling again to place an order and pretty much was rushed off the phone before I could even get my order in. I understand that things are busy but there are ways to deal with customer service and answering a phone. Obviously the young lady who's been answering has not been trained properly.

BEWARE-ROACHES. MY DAUGHTER PICKED UP PIZZA AND FRIES AND BRANG IT HOME AND A ROACH CAME OUT OF CORNER OF PIZZA tgkBOX JUST WALKING ACROSS MY COUNTER TOP. They have boxes and bags laying around perfect breeding ground and hiding spots for roaches. And walking over food it’s disgusting and I know there’s lot more there.!!!!!!!!

Placing my order was a breeze, the customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Thank you.

So I tried Seaons Pizza restaurant for the 1st time(05/10/2024). I ordered their tuna sub, side garden salad ?, and side of fries ?.My order was delivered to me less then 45mins. I felt so bad i couldn't meet to tip the delivery guy, because I am a hospital patient. So, i text him and ask if he could add to bill.When I open my order to eat, my tuna sub smelled so fresh and tasted fresh too, along with the toppings. My fries were hot ? and I love the season use on their fries. And of course my fresh crunchy garden salad with blue cheese was delicious. Love a crunchy cold salad ?.Thank you Season Pizza for making my 1st experience a Good 1.
