Outside in my vehicle, started in on the chalupas....chicken....went back inside and informed them. They basically ignored me and continued to processother drive up orders. Left me standing there for 10 minutes.
My entire order made on June 4, 2022 was 100% wrong. Wrong meat substitutions, wrong items, everything. I am NEVER coming back to the location in Newark, CA off of Thornton Ave. The employees are clearly lazy, have zero attention to detail, don?t careabout their customers, and don?t care to do their jobs correctly. I?ve NEVER had to write a review like this and the fact thatthe service here is pushing me to do it clearly means it?s all bad. Y?all need to really improve the quality of your MANAGEMENTbecause I?m sure that?s where all the problems stem from.
I intended to take my time, but it still took forever. I ordered my food through the app and arrived just 10 minutes later, only to wait another 15 minutes for my meal.
I can't wait for Taco Bell and Carl's Jr. to close down! I would be so happy! I hope that something cheaper, better, and with later hours will take their place and truly cater to customers like before COVID.
The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly, but they could be more attentive when you're at the counter. I also find it inconvenient that you have to request straws, utensils, and sauces instead of being able to help yourself. If you don’t catch their attention when you need sauces, your food can get cold. Additionally, I wonder why all these items are kept behind the counter—do they not trust their customers? If that’s the case, they might want to reconsider their approach.
