Wendy's - Newberg

The staff is excellent, the food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Additionally, the new layout is very well executed.

We really enjoy the food here; our favorites are the loaded baked potato and the bacon chicken avocado salad. Everything is always fresh and delicious, and the portion sizes are generous. Most of the staff is very friendly. Of course, everyone has their off days, but that’s normal. There’s one employee whose name I don’t know, but she is always smiling and kind. There's also a younger guy who works there who is very friendly and easy to chat with. It really gives the place a more local feel than that of a national chain. The little details make a difference! The consistency of the food is impressively good, and even when the line is long, we never wait more than 10 minutes. We’ve been to many different Wendy’s, but this one is definitely our favorite!

The dining room is now open! The manager is also training new staff during the dinner rush. The new team member at the register provides excellent customer service. The lobby is very clean as well! Great job, Newberg Wendy's!
