Have been waiting for the past 30 min and have watched 10 customers ask for a refund because no one has gotten their

Employee that took my order was a multitasker. Unfortunately, she wasn't good at it.There was a large order in front of me. She made an effort to make the sandwich for me but forgot about it when she was taking orders and on the phone taking orders.The order before the big order was skipped.I don't know why I bothered to try Firehouse again meatballs are too big to bite so it's hard to eat.

Best sub I've ever had! I got the club minus onion and lettuce. Delicious. Placed a 6 person order and was ready with 15 minutes. I did not like the potato soup but that could just be me. The employees were nice and I'm looking forward to next time.

Went here and got two full size subs and asked for a water then was asked if I wanted to donate which I said yes. I was given my cup and heard the girl behind the counter say something to the guy who took my order who replied to her yeah I know. After I got my ice I was about to press the water button which then it switched before I could press. I'm assuming the guy pressed a button before I could. Now why would I steal some soda after spending almost $30 and donating to the fire department?! I honestly felt embarrassed and stereotyped. If you're that worried of someone stealing a drink maybe just put the machine behind the counter so you won't embarrass your customers who just wanted some water fam.

I've had my order correct about 80% of the time, so I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better time to write a review. The management team is very nice and friendly, but some of the other staff members hardly acknowledge a thank you after I pick up my order.
