Starbucks - Newberry

Obviously it is all over priced. The people are rude. It's not a good atmosphere. There are better local options.

A very nice Starbucks! It's far from where I live, but it's a good study spot if I happen to be in the area for Cilantro Tacos. There are lots of outlets and tables, and because this Starbucks is located in a more suburban area, it's not crowded with college students. The only thing I dislike (for now) is how low the tables are. It leaves my neck and back hurting.

Stopped in for a pick me up before my sons baseball game. I was greeted immediately by the cashier Katie. She ask my wife and I what we would like. I ordered a Caramel macchiato Frappuccino. My wife ordered a coffee with cream. During our transaction Katie let us know that she was a new employee. She said this because she didn't know the answer to what ingredients were in certain drinks. But she immediately found it on the computer. As my wife and I waited patiently. We noticed that there was only two employees working tonight. I looked at the barista Mike and saw that there were several drinks before ours. Mike did a very good job talking with us and letting us know how far along he was before our drinks. This was important to me because we were on a time crunch. Overall gave a four-star just because we had to wait so long for drinks.

So let me get something straight.Starbucks is amazing.But the Starbucks at town of tioga is just horrible and disappointing.We waited 25 minutes after ordering 2 simple coffees and 2 cake pops.There were other people that came in after us and got there things before us.This hasn't happened just once,this has happened 5 different times where the employees have ignored our order and worked on other people's even though they got here after us.There employees need more training,and we're seriously thinking about taking this to the board of directors.

This location was very busy when I visited. Staff was very friendly. My mobile order took awhile, because they had several mobile orders ahead of mine.
