Why can't I use the Eddie rockets app in your store this is so ridiculous Also your manger should be sent on a customer service course still hasn't improved since my last visit Dropped two stars on atmosphere and service the manger is very rude and disrespectful to staff and customers was in Sunday and her manner wasn't very professional at all really shocked at the way she talked to the table behind me

My boyfriend and I always eat here, and order from here regularly over the last 3 years. I think they have only forgot a drink before or something stupid but came back and even sent us two brownies which was so kind. Tonight unfortunately I called to tell them that they forgot one thing off the order which was tenders (I thought I clicked chicken wings but it’s probably baby brain that made me think that) when the girl put me on hold the first time I heard nothing and she came back and told me the manger or whoever packed the bag themselves with 4 boxes of food, even though we received 3 boxes. I said check with the delivery driver then incase it fell out of the bag, she said something else and put me on hold again but after a few seconds I don’t know if she knocked me off hold I could hear her talking to colleagues and staff saying I was complaining about chicken wings and tenders and I got so mad cause I was just informing her that whatever I ordered didn’t come. I wasn’t complaining I don’t care if it was this or that, it didn’t arrive with the rest of the food. I was ready to drive down and show them the food we got myself but then a man came to the phone who was lovely and I told him I heard everything that the girl said… he apologised and sent chicken wings my way. I think they should be more careful when putting people on hold I didn’t like the way the girl spoke about me to her colleagues and tried to make things more dramatic then what was really happening.
