Dunkin' - Newburg

Me and a group of friends (maybe 6 or so) went in an hour before closing (this was in July). A girl named Cheyanne was standing at the front and started complaining cause apparently they were ?so many people coming in right before closing?. We all just ordered a drink. I ordered a butter pecan iced coffee and it was literally just straight coffee. There was no sugar or butter pecan at all. I asked her to fix it and all she did was add some liquid sugar and it still tastedterrible. I?m not sure if there?s better people in the mornings, but I definitely do not recommend going in the evening.

It doesn't taste like Dunkins at all. Donuts are absolutely not fresh and it sounds like rockets. Also, they have limited Donut types. I tried their ice latte, it was drinkable.

If you can't get a simple grilled cheese sandwich right, it's time to hire a new chef. The bread was tough, and there was hardly any cheese or pesto—just some oil from the pesto. I also ordered a cream-filled donut, but it turned out to be just a regular chocolate frosted donut. The girl at the counter seemed overwhelmed by a small order and two customers, or perhaps she simply didn't want to be there.

I visited this morning and experienced AMAZING customer service! Both gentlemen were friendly and professional, but Scott truly stood out with his exceptional customer service skills. I'm not sure what his pay or job title is, but he definitely deserves consideration for a management position and a manager's salary! You just don't come across service like that these days.

The coffee here is absolutely delicious, and the donuts are delightful. However, the staff at the location I visited were quite rude and unwelcoming. I'm not sure if it was because I arrived near closing time or if it was due to a lack of training. On the positive side, their prices are reasonable compared to the quality of the items they offer. The store was clean and very quiet, which I appreciated. Overall, I believe Dunkin' Donuts is much better than Starbucks and its other competitors. I took one star off because there’s really no excuse for the lack of training among the employees, which could make the store much more appealing.
