Dunkin' - Newburg

If you can't even make a grilled cheese correctly, you need a new cook. Hard bread and basically no cheese or Pesto just oil from the pesto. Ordered a creme filled donut and it was a plain old chocolate frosting donut. Girl at counter seemed overwhelmed by a small order and 2 customers, or just didn't want to be there.

Their coffee is so delicious, and their donuts are so yummy. The employees of the store I went to were so rude and not welcoming, I am not sure if it is because I came at the end of the day or is it because of the lack of training. Their prices are reasonable comparing to their tasty items. The store was so clean and very quiet. For me I think Dunkin donuts is much better than Starbucks or its other competitor overall. One star has been taken since there were no reasonfor their employees to be not trained and for sure this to make their store much more attractive.

Just went in this morning and had AWESOME customer service! Both of the gentleman were very friendly and professional but Scott has impeccable customer service skills! I have no clue what he is getting paid or what his title is but he should definitely be considered for management and making a managers salary! You just can?t find customer service like that these days.

Me and a group of friends (maybe 6 or so) went in an hour before closing (this was in July). A girl named Cheyanne was standing at the front and started complaining cause apparently they were ?so many people coming in right before closing?. We all just ordered a drink. I ordered a butter pecan iced coffee and it was literally just straight coffee. There was no sugar or butter pecan at all. I asked her to fix it and all she did was add some liquid sugar and it still tastedterrible. I?m not sure if there?s better people in the mornings, but I definitely do not recommend going in the evening.

It doesn't taste like Dunkins at all. Donuts are absolutely not fresh and it sounds like rockets. Also, they have limited Donut types. I tried their ice latte, it was drinkable.
