DO NOT JUST DONT COME HERE! First off I had coupons on the app and I gave them to the person taking the order like I normally do. She asked for the code again because she lost it ?! Like um ok and then the code wouldn’t load again so she said just to pull around to window two so I did thinking she might help me or something but nope she gave a whole attitude and just said the total of the order , WITHOUT THE COUPONS. SHE WAS RUDE AND GAVE US A WHOLE ATTITUDE!! For what too though?! And then I was like oh the coupons and she just remained silent with her hand out. So I just handed it to her and said fine I’ll just write to corporate which I will and she just rolled her eyes. I payed and she didn’t give me a receipt at first she gives me my food and then I ask because there was no sauces in the bag and I had asked and payed for sauce for sauce and she gives me a whole attitude rolling her eyes at me and I also ask for a receipt and she gave an attitude to me then too like I’m sorry I didn’t do anything. This was around 1:30pm on 10/26/23 whoever was working the window was miserable and awful. So in conclusion don’t come here unless you want awful service :
It 's a fast food 'joint ', with an exceptional staff! I was expecting dependable franchise food. However, the Friday crew at the 17K near Rt 300 shop deserve extra kudos for the care and attention they pay to their customers!!! 'Hats off ' to turning the mundane into a Wow experience. It closes at midnight. I pull into the drive-thru at 11:57. I’m greeted by a voice asking if I’d like to donate $1 to a charity and then a different voice tells me, “I’ll be with you shortly.” As the clock hits midnight I hear, “Sorry, we’re closed.” You had to wait 3 minutes to tell me that? What a disrespectful waste of my time. Also, if you’re not going to stay open until midnight, change your hours to “Open until 11:55” or whatever time your workers decide they’re done for the night. I will not be back.
