Contribuisci feedbackI always have a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Every time I visit, they mix up my order. I consistently ask for an iced caramel mocha, but end up with a caramel wrap or caramel latte with no caramel. Another time, I requested a Shamrock McFlurry but received a Shamrock Shake with crushed Oreos, and when I complained, I was told the Oreos were supposed to be inside. On a particular occasion, I ordered through the app and waited thirty minutes for my food. The worker ignored us in the drive-thru, and we had to remind them about our order. When I reached the window, I was informed that I needed to pay for my online order, which should have been already paid for on the app. It seems like this place does not prioritize customer satisfaction.
I believe the food here is more well-prepared compared to other restaurants. The dishes are made with just the right amount of ingredients and the French fries are cooked perfectly crispy. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
I don't know if it was just me, but I hadn't had a burger as good as the Big Mac in a long time. The bread was fluffy and the meat was perfect.
Would have hoped that the playground was open to the children, no answer when I called. the food was good. place was clean. the staff was polite.
I swear idk why they have to ordering windows when they are always neglecting one idk how many times I’ve watched like five people order before me and sat for ten minutes
