Pilot Travel Center - Newburgh

Nice size parking lot. Wendy's is clean with plenty of sitting area. Nice restaurant across the street with parking in back for trucks.

Ignorant young lady working early morning on Oct 26. Waited on the scale for 10 minutes, told me on the speaker you are all set. Parked, walked in and waited for another 10 minutes for her to show up behind the counter, only to find out ms. Sleepy headdid not enter my info and had to get on the scale again.

This location is a total mess, half the time pumps are malfunctioning to broken, rarely they have anything on the heating grills if you want to grab a quick bite, bathrooms are poorly maintained... only redeeming feature is staff is nice

Ran out of gas and somehow lost my card so i have no way to pay for gas pulled into this truck stop hoping for some kindness and understanding. I asked a couple people if they would be able to spare any gas and this kind hearted lady helped me out with acouple gallons and then the manager who was cruel told me i had to leave...HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LEAVE IF I DONT HAVE GAS?

Worse truck stop in America.. One way around .. Have to wait in line for scale or just to hit Arby's.. You'll spend at least 45 mins waiting in line before you even get in Pilot..
