Jamba - Newbury Park

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude. I ordered a large drink, but when I received it, there was almost an inch of smoothie missing from the cup. When I asked about it, the employee became defensive and rude, insisting that it was the way he made it. I felt cheated—I paid for a large but got what seemed like a medium drink. I highly recommend avoiding this place; it’s a rip-off!

I ordered online, and the delivery was right on time. This was my second visit to the store, and I must say it's very clean and well-organized.

This is a fantastic place to grab a refreshing juice that will keep the whole family hydrated. The service here is always excellent.

Watch the prices you are charged. Signs do not reflect actual pricess charged. Plus, staff don't know how to remedy the discrepancies. Otherwise, friendly staff and good food.

Although I arrived on time to pick up my online order of an Acai bowl, it still arrived melted. Additionally, the Belgian waffles were not as crispy as they had been during my previous visit.
