Despite the hustle and bustle at 8:00 AM, a barista greeted us promptly and asked for the name on our order. She efficiently checked us in and informed us that we were next. When our drinks and food were ready, she handed them to us directly and thanked us. It’s clear that this level of service is part of the culture at this Starbucks. We will definitely be returning!
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. Although I ordered a whole bagel and received a plain one instead, the staff still served it with a smile. I would definitely return. There's a spacious parking lot, and they have two restrooms that don't require a code to access. Great job, Starbucks!
Overall, my experience was fairly good, but I encountered a few issues. I ordered a shaken espresso and received a Venti-sized drink instead. Additionally, I was given avocado spread on four bagels rather than the cream cheese I requested. It's puzzling that they would confuse these items, especially since I repeated my order to them twice. Moreover, I didn’t order chips, salsa, or wraps. They blamed the system for the mix-up, but that doesn’t really explain it.
