The Local Table - Newbury Park

What a fantastic place! They recently introduced a brunch menu, and everything is incredibly delicious and fresh. It's perfect for special occasions and celebrating with family. The service was excellent. I can’t wait to return! The atmosphere is relaxed, fun, and welcoming.

We arrived for the Happy Hour on a Wednesday. Our server Rolando G. was very attentive and helpful. We had appetizers and drinks. The drinks were very good. The meatballs were more like small meatloaf balls, short rib sliders were ok but tiny and the shrimp, which was very tasty. The appetizers were overpriced for what you received. It is in a residential shopping center so it is convenient for the residents.

Although this restaurant is somewhat out of the way from the freeway and located in a residential neighborhood, it’s a charming spot that can accommodate both small and large groups. The food is delicious, and the desserts are one-of-a-kind and delightful. I especially enjoyed the Spumoni BonBon!

Excellent food and beautiful ambiance. The happy hour is so fun with great prices. The servers are friendly, professional and efficient. We love this place and hope they are around forever! Great patio dining for large groups too!
