Domino's Pizza - Newburyport

Awful customer service!! Beware of this location.I went to the store to place my order. Cashier said please swipe your card again it didn't process. So I did, and then she asked can you do it again, so I did and she said I'm sorry it's not processing.Then she manually entered it in and said it processed.That's funny because when I got home and checked my bank account and I noticed my card was charged 3 times for 1 order!!!We also ordered and paid for 16 bread bites option and only recieved 10 in the box.I called them and told them what happened and asked why this happened and the girl said I'm sorry I don't know. There isn't anything I can do. This is the same girl that took my order in the store.Do yourself a favor andStay away from this place!!

I ordered food on their app and arrived when it said it was ready. Doors locked. They finally came to the door and said “we threw your order in the trash because you were late.” They charged my card, I received no food, and no refund. Dominos in Newburyport STOLE $82.00 from me.

Ordered delivery the other night because we were craving cheesy bread sticks, also picked up an order of boneless buffalo tenders which were all right but nothing tops the cheesy bread sticks. Delivery was quick and the driver even called me to let me know that he was outside.

Definitely not what I was expecting. Chicken wigs had to be redone at home.

Ordered this morning for a future delivery (to be delivered at 12:15) they've been prepping my pizza since 11:45 and won't answer the phone to tell me where my pizza is.
