Amazing ice cream. Allergy friendly! Alonda and Lily were great at accommodating the food restriction needs of my party.

Their ice cream tastes ok ingredients seem decent but a bit too sweet to me, Seattle has better options. The serving size doesn't calibrate well. I got a single scoop cup of ice cream and its size to be honest was tiny it was only a bit more than half full in the 1 scoop cup... My friend got 2 scoops in a 2 scoop cup and was 3 4 times more than mine...

I ordered a Prosecco float and a scoop of ice cream. Terrible customer service. I sat at the small outdoor seating area, which was filthy, both the chairs and the tables. This was after not finding a clean table inside to sit at. The inside seating arrangement is crowded and difficult to walk around. Alcoholic menu items cannot leave the premises, so you must eat or drink them onsite. The sorbet and ice cream are not worth the price or worth the inconvenience of sitting in a dirty environment. That was my experience.

Wonderful ice cream shop here in Newcastle. My family loves coming here for ice cream, especially love the seasonal flavors. The booths are very comfortable and great for the kids. My go to order is the affogato!
