Kfc - Newcastle

I never have my drive-dru order right. the icy wing and upper leg ends legs and upper leg 9 out of 10 times. When I order hot wings, they say I will wait 20 min. it's bad....I won't go back...but I still do, I never have a call back when I have a problem. I expect more, but in this business there is a attitude n no ability to ever feel that they get what they regularly order. that's my only bad assessment. but not happy, 90 of the time. waiting is too long, always!

Two chicken breasts here at the drive-thru cost $13.06! This happened about 3PM or just before 3PM on 02/16/2022.I was there yesterday also, in person, drive-thru only, and then, the person working the window was NOT in KFC uniform, but instead had a dark green zip hoody/hoodie on.I am through going here also, overcharges will never happen to me again.

We ordered an 8 piece meal it had no dark meat,no biscuits,no ice for drinks but the worst part was the chicken it looked like it was cooked in engine oil and was very dark. I took the meal back and told the manager about the problem he would not even look at the meal and asked what was wrong with the other. He looked stoned and all he could say was”It still tastes the same”. For some reason I believe him. He gave me back my money after a rude struggle. I will never go back to that store.

The chicken place in New Castle is out of something every time you go there now they're out of biscuits and they'll give you a cookie instead it's always got something wrong with it I wouldn't even recommend it at all

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They’re never open on time. The ice machine isn’t working so you get a hot drink not only was mine hot but it was flat. The oven doesn’t work so no biscuit, ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and they forgot the gravy. Just don’t go there
