Walsh's Snug - Newcastle

My husband and I just enjoyed a sensational Valentine's dinner of Salmon Wellington and all the trimmings, wine and red velvet cake. Every bit of it was fantastic. Thank you John and staff at The Snug. Looking forward to the day we can sit inside the restaurant and enjoy the terrific atmosphere.

We recently picked up an assortment of The Snug’s pre-made frozen meals and they are absolutely delicious!! Super tasty, generous portions and very good value for money! The only thing we found is that they took a little longer to cook than expected, but overall it wasn’t a negative at all. Soooo yummy!!!

My friends and I walked in and literally got placed at the back do the restaurants even though there were plenty of other spots. We asked for another spot and took so long we ended up walking out. Also half my party of friends didn't even have lemon wedges in their water.

The owner was very friendly and they had the nicest patio and then to top it all we got a great salad,the best service and great conversation go if you can you will certainly enjoy the experience

What a fabulous meal and experience it was! The staff were diligent in their health and safety. Not only was the food super delicious and ample, it reminded me of home! What were the chances that the server and I were born in the same small city in England too! Will definitely be back! Ps. Try the trio you won’t be dissapointed
