Absolutely awful! I ordered food and I'm still waiting three hours later! They take your money but can't be bothered to deliver or even answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE disappointing people!

I placed an order with you around 5:45 PM tonight, and my order was accepted and payment was processed. However, we still haven't received the food. No one is answering the phone, and your website now states that you're closed and will reopen tomorrow at 5 PM. Sorry, what???

Absolutely shocking orders at 7pm finally come at 21.45 why take so many orders if you can't handle them poor food as well things forgotten when you've had a busy 12 hour shift this is not what you want

Absolutely disgraceful service. My husband a Dr working in Royal Stoke Hospital ordered your food 3 hrs ago. it arrived at last, and it was the most horrendous food I have ever seen. My poor husband working all day currently in these times, and you have the nerve to serve this to him! you should be ashamed. no customer service or replacement or even redund. very poor behaviour

As a doctor working through the COVID Crisis at the Royal Stoke, I decided to order in today from Aneesa for the first time. I have never been so utterly disappointed. The Chicken Tikka main had 138g of chicken for £7.95. It looked like 1.5 cubes of chicken had been cut into 8 to 10 pieces! I have taken photographic evidence of the measure. I called the restaurant and they said that they counted 10 pieces in the small container. the spinach paneer DOES NOT have paneer, its cheddar! the food was due to be delivered at 6.25pm and arrived at 8pm! the food was cold and it seemed microwaved with microwave burn and dry!! Their 'Mixed Grill ' was £9.45 and had an Iceland esque vegetable samosa in it and no chicken on the bone. There were two cocktail prawns in it and dried up, and 1 smashed up piece of charred to death chicken tikka piece Net weight 160g!!! The so called butter chicken was bland and had three pieces of dry rubbery chicken in it. This was an insane experience for me and when I called the restaurant to complain, they said they have always done it this way. For a Muslim run restaurant, they set a poor example of Islamic hospitality and honesty in business. What a genuine disappointment. The food was so cold and bad, it went straight in the bin. I had frozen pizza today. Thank you for making my day Aneesa. I will tell everyone about you. I applaud you for the way you treat your key workers on the front line of this fight against a life threatening disease. I would like a full refund. I do not have the time or the heart to discuss this experience any further.
