Mcdonald's - NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME

**** ruined my order never ordering from this maccies again and I was a very loyal customer all they could say was I apologise hahaha

Essentially this drive thru is the slowest I have ever experienced, it can easily take minutes to get a couple of items, there is no other drive thru McDonald’s nearby (only a KFC a couple of miles down the road) so they have a...captive audience and are happy to have poor customer service fir this reason. The parking by Just Eat/Deliveroo drivers is quite frankly lethal, it must drive local residents insane and I am amazed nobody has been killed as visibility around the junction is completely blocked by poor parking.

After several visits to this location, I have made the decision to look for another McDonald's or a different fast food option. The staff seem confused and disorganized, lacking basic customer service skills. The drive-thru service is slow, with long wait times. Additionally, there are numerous Just Eat drivers who park in disabled bays and other restricted areas, causing danger and inconvenience to other pedestrians and drivers. Combined with missing items in drive-thru orders and a broken milkshake machine, this makes for an overall unpleasant experience that I would recommend avoiding.

The staff were rude and dismissive, they failed to engage with me and had their back turned towards me even as I was asking questions. Had to ask for basic items like sugar and napkins. Never once was addressed by the staff. Phoned to complain...and the so called manager was just as rude... never go there

Drive thru. They forgot to put the fries in AGAIN. Had to return and ask for replacement meals AGAIN. Must remember to check the contents next time.
