Slow service and made an undrinkable Chai Latte, they made it with just syrup and water, didn't try until on the road again so can't go back and complain

The muffin was terrible. It tasted like a low-fat, gluten-free item. Compared to the one I had in New York, this one was as dense as a tennis ball.

Really poor service from young woman barista. 16.00 25th September 2021. Wrong coffee provided, she argued about it, she said she'd have to make me another in fact she hadn't made me my order at all when she corrected it, it was ALL foam. Returned again. She would have known by weight that it was wrong. She was in a mood and argumentative with her colleagues and customers. Shame on you.

The barista on right now was lovely. Excellent salesmanship wrapped up in some really sweet customer service. Brilliant.

The staff provided excellent service at this restaurant, however, the establishment itself is old, outdated, and has a feeling of being unclean. The furniture, including the chairs and tables, are worn and stained, giving off a negative impression. I do not anticipate returning to dine here in the future.
