Made Deli - Newcastle upon Tyne

I visited this charming little spot today. While exploring Newcastle, I found myself trying to locate the BBC Broadcasting Center. After finally securing a parking space nearby, I asked a couple of local gentlemen if they knew where I could find a taxi stand. Going above and beyond, one of the polite men kindly called a taxi for me, ensuring I made it to my appointment on time. Feeling grateful, I decided to stop in for lunch upon my return. I enjoyed an absolutely excellent panini with salami and ezellkäse. Many thanks to the young man who helped me, and I hope to return soon—though I’m not looking to get lost again!

Delicious food! There are plenty of options available, all made fresh to order. They have an excellent selection of crab dishes, drinks, cakes, and sweets to choose from. A bonus is that they use 100% biodegradable plastic bags. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly!

My highlight of the week is that my hour-long drive to the office is transformed into a delight! The packaging is absolutely beautiful, and the cakes are incredibly fresh, made with really high-quality ingredients. I’ve even tried to replicate the packaging at home with my usual combination of tuna, feta, basil pesto, lemon mayo, sun-dried tomatoes, and watercress. It looks great, but it just can’t compare!
