North Terrace - Newcastle upon Tyne

On Saturday, we took advantage of the pizza and pint deal for £10. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we found a cozy corner for our pram, which allowed us to enjoy the rustic charm of the bar. We ordered the Godfather and Notorious B.I.G. pizzas, along with two of the house ales, a lemon, and a plate of dirty curly fries for around £30. We watched the chefs prepare the homemade pizzas through the kitchen window, and they looked amazing! The crust was crispy with a nice chew, and the toppings were fantastic. Although they didn’t have a baby changing facility, which is understandable given that it’s a pub, the staff were very accommodating. Overall, I would give this experience a 10/10, and we will definitely be back!

The customer service was outstanding, and the venue is lovely for a small group meeting. There are also great options for pizzas and side dishes.

Busiest I've ever seen it although not a regular. Hand sanitizer at entrance, one way system marked but ignored by some. Staff on at about 4pm 20/8 very helpful and friendly. Limited on real cider but Symonds ok.

The atmosphere is fantastic and there's a great selection of craft beer. The service from the kitchen is quite fast, and the pizzas are delicious. They have an amazing deal: a pizza and a pint for just £10, which is unbeatable. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Newcastle!

The staff are friendly and welcoming to complement the atmosphere. the location is central to university students and hospital staff, so it is busy in the usually too expectant hours, especially on a Friday evening. However, the service is still consistent, regardless of how busy it is. eating is delicious and fresh and cheap. one of the only problems is the parking lot as they fight to park near, but it is perfect for a taxi ride as they can be picked up and deposited directly near the door.
