Pizza Hut The Gate Newcastle

We popped into Pizza Hut for lunch before the Theatre, Ist time for me and I was very impressed, My friend and I both had the 10.99 deal, and my granddaughter had the 10.99 all you can eat including ice cream. the place was very clean, food hot, tasty and plentiful. The staff are very friendly and efficient, especially Chelsea, who took our order, cleaned the table for us and explained the process. I shall definitely be going back. Well done Pizza Hut

Salad bar didn’t appear fresh no Doritos. Would have liked pizza to come in round pizza dish not plate. Staff were friendly offered my Daughter colouring in.

Would like to say that the guy his name is Dexi went above and beyond for my son. My son who has a hidden disability could not understand why there was no calzone pizza on the menu with it being a pizza restaurant. Dexi went out his way and russled up the best calzone pizza , my son thoroughly enjoy it, Dexi calzone should be added to the menu, he is an absolute credit. Thank you for going out your way for us.

Ate in here on Sunday 5th of Feb and were seated by a lovely young lass (whos name escapes me), who was friendly and genuinely attentive. All the staff we engaged with were excellent and with great customer service skills. So, managers, pat your young staff on the back. They're an asset to you. The food was exceptional too, and my partner and I left with stuffed and very satisfied bellies. Will definitely be back very very soon!

We entered the restaurant at 12:30 and we ordered our food. We were served by very friendly and attentive staff especially Charlotte.The food was perfect and the restaurant was very clean.We left happy and bellies full.
