Starbucks Coffee - Newcastle upon Tyne

Came today for my usual half decaf PSL, the guy didn't even ask the size of my drink he just knew how I like my coffee, along with my name (that he spells correctly! , buzzing all morning, such a great service when you feel that you're more than just a random face and they actually take care of your coffee needs!

This is a small coffee shop with a cozy, somewhat cramped atmosphere. I wouldn’t describe it as particularly relaxing; the space has a lively energy. However, the staff is knowledgeable and serves drinks that are consistently good, so patrons know exactly what to expect.

I had a caramel frappuccino, and it was delightful—like a caramel milkshake, exactly what I was hoping for. There was a line when I arrived, but it was the following day, so that might have played a role as well.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly, and the place is very clean. I appreciate that they always offer soy milk or almond milk as an alternative to regular milk for their drinks. I also like that they serve food and drinks on glass plates and mugs, which adds a nice touch. When it comes to quality, they certainly meet the expectations of this Seattle-based coffee franchise.
