I had never considered visiting a franchise eatery before, as my past experiences have often felt mundane and insignificant, especially since they can be everyday occurrences for some people. However, my visit to this Subway was different; the service I received from Vanessa made it worthwhile. In just a few minutes while she prepared my order, she managed to connect with me through her sense of humor and attention to detail, creating a great experience. By the time I left the counter, I was smiling and happy with my decision to eat there. She is truly a credit to her establishment.

The food is always good, although it can get a bit pricey for a sandwich. A footlong, especially with extra cheese or toppings, can easily cost over £7. However, if you take advantage of the daily deals, you can save quite a bit of money!

The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and they had everything we needed for a quick takeaway lunch.
