The best Chinese in Newcastle yes Newcastle and the chips are HOME MADE YES HOMEMADE ARE FANTASTIC..THE SHOP IS ALWAYS BUSY BECAUSE THEY ARE SO GOOD ..thanks Linda and family keep the hard work up. .

I have never experienced any inconsistency with the food at this restaurant in the 15 years that I have been ordering from them. I have never gotten sick after eating there. The food is always as expected - tasty, with a delicious curry sauce. The chicken does not have any black bits in it, and the pork char sui is amazing. While the rice and chips are basic, I don't expect or want anything else at this price. Overall, it is a lovely place that is a regular part of my weekend and life. I love it. Thank you, Tams.

Tams experienced a decline when Linda and her family left, but I am happy to report that Linda is now the owner again. The food at Tams will be back to its former glory.
