Great service, excellent fish dishes and a spectacular location on the Quayside.
First visit here and didn't know much about the restaurant, but friends were and was recommended. We were probably the biggest table in the restaurant that didn't seem excessively busy. The food was good; the truffle risotto with scallops was beautiful and the cook, when asked, offered us to share a selection of desserts. I love this flexibility in service. Overall, I would give the food a big thumb. The problem was really the service, but not the entire service. If you get the order wrong, don't send it to the table with one of your junior staff and let them be embarrassed. Find out what the order should be and deliver it personally. This was not the only service problem with this employee; she first asked about our beverage order, then ran away before you take it! We had to look for service twice. It didn't spoil anything, but it let the place down.
Very good menu. I would have ordered all the dishes. It lived until the promise of the menu. We'll be back.
Really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, my only issue, was with the sunlight, and reflection of the Windows. Really petty but I was too hot and uncomfortable.
