The Pavilion - Newcastle upon Tyne

I'm confused with the negative reviews. Coming tonight, beer was good as well as the mixed grill. Steak was cooked to medium on request. Our experience was positive

Met my beautiful friend Tracey for tea tonight in the pavilion and just had to say what a beautiful place. Delicious dishes and drinks, but the stars of the show were Lydia and Ruby, who were so worried about us. Absolutely spilled from their great customer service and attention to detail. Thank you, ladies and I hope that your employers are as happy with you as we are! We're coming back!

We have never visited since the menu was not the best, but it has been updated and in the last few months we have become regular. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews to be honest. The staff is always nice, the drinks are good and the food is good.

Only 3 for the atmosphere, because we visited on a tues 12:30, quite quietly. Would definitely visit interesting menu again.

On holiday just now so looking for decent restaurants. Lovely food we really enjoyed. The atmosphere was good in here. Staff are very nice. We will be back.
