Contribuisci feedbackGood food, terrible manager. Seemed to be irritated by the fact I had intolerances and my friend sat opposite saw him making faces when I responded. He was very polite to the “celebrity” sat behind me though. We had a Lovely server called Emily though. I got ignored a lot when trying to get peoples attention, also asked for a dessert menu that never came. Very slow service. FOOD however they had a gluten free menu, very tasty but not good for IBS. Good for celiacs.
Order taken by a manager, separate gluten free menu and they even put a GF sticker on your placemat. Feels very safe.
Offer a separate menu for gluten-free diners which is available to view on their website. Good range of options. Staff are always friendly and helpful and food always tastes amazing. Lots of desert options!
I had a fantastic lunch at Wagamama in Newcastle. The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned. It was tough to decide what to order because everything on the menu sounded great. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even though the restaurant was bustling. General Manager Jen was very present on the floor and was friendly with all the customers. I can't wait to go back again soon.
First visit to the Newcastle restaurant and served by a lovely, friendly, gentleman Geoff. He served us and made us feel welcome and followed up on 2 occasions to see if we were happy with the food and drink and if we needed anything else. Definitely be back. The food was lovely. Big thank you to the chefs too 10/10
