One of the 2 Chinese restaurants on High Street, close to Keele University. they offer authentic chinese cuisine, specialise in northern China dishes, some could be quite spicy. remember to ask them to adjust the spiciness when ordering.
A great find, tucked away in Bridge Street, but well worth searching it out. As soon as we opened the door, a busy but friendly host shouted hello, as he poured the pints to a cheerful crowd. That set the tone for a memorable couple of hours, with every ale cider we tried being a winner. The staff changed shifts during our stay, but both were engaging and cheerful. The place is packed with beer mats and quirky items, keeping those of us of a certain age reminiscing of toys once owned etc. A comfy sofa, great beers, friendly staff and a buzzing atmosphere.. it takes hard work to achieve it, so well done guys thanks.
