They appeared to be aware of gluten-free needs and I was informed that they purchase gluten-free pizza bases instead of making them on site, which reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The pizzas were cooked in the same pizza oven as the regular pizzas. The pizzas were delicious and no one experienced any adverse reactions. I will definitely order from there again.
We opted for delivery, so I didn't personally visit the kitchen, but I did make a phone call before placing my order. The staff seemed knowledgeable about celiac disease and assured me that they use store-bought gluten-free pizza bases to minimize the risk of cross contamination. However, it is worth noting that the pizzas are cooked in the same oven as regular pizzas. Despite this, the pizzas were tasty and none of us experienced any negative reactions. I would definitely order from this restaurant again.
