Mcdonald's King Street - Newcastle

If you want a feed n maccas is what you feel like then it's OK.. but the service is terrible n they don't get orders correct.. also they only have 1 register.. change ALOT not for the good.. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service was appalling, the food was close to ice cold and the management is all of the place. There is no teamwork nor respect and positivity towards the customers. IT TOOK 25 MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER PLUS A SINGLE ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They closed the washroom all the time and even asking them to open the reason was not allowed in weekends. If someone has urgency to go where they go now front of the maccs till. Need to open washroom all the time. It's basic human need to used it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Forgot half the food in the drive thru. Went in to the store. No one is working a register and didn’t the 30 minutes I was in there until the very end. Finally got someone’s attention told them I was missing half my order, they said “which half” then called over another person to deal with it. They went back to the kitchen twice and brought back food. It was not the food that was missing we later found out it was just what was made I guess. I was not the only person with this issue because for the 30-40 mins I was in store waiting for the food the following tings occurred. A man can up to grab his order and said “just to let you know the hand soap thing in the bathroom is ripped clean off the wall in the bathroom” to which the person behind the counter said “ok. And?” A lady went up 3 times to ask for her food and on the third time she got angry and they told her to leave she had paid and not received all her meal. A tourist had his coffee opened by the kid behind the counter to check it was his spilled half and handed it to him he asked for napkins and the kid said “toilet? Oh it’s over there” and then he again asked for napkins before being handed 2 and when asked for more he walked away Also while writing this 100% I received the wrong order in the wrong packaging Maybe have some managers or some people working the till the nicest part of the experience was the old lady I opened the door for who thought I was her nephew and chatted to me for a minute I would rate negative stars for everything else if I could

Disgusting. It's 8pm on a Sunday night, it's quiet, not busy and yet the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day. The manager on duty should be sacked and the team reprimanded because this McDonald's is a disgrace Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
