Noodle Hut - Newcastle

This is the best laksa I've ever had in Newcastle! I might be a bit biased since I prefer vermicelli noodles, but the soup base is perfectly balanced, and there’s plenty of chicken—definitely a plus for a hungry customer! The Nasi Goreng was also flavorful and generous. I believe this spot in Kotara’s rooftop area is often underrated. All the dishes are reasonably priced, especially given the portion sizes, especially when compared to other Thai restaurants. I will definitely be coming back often!

The service is excellent, and you’re promptly seated at any table you prefer without any hassle. They serve chilled, refreshing water, which is a nice touch. The food is truly amazing—it's like a taste of heaven. The ordering process is efficient, with minimal wait time, and the portions are quite generous. I visit this place frequently and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of delicious food.

We celebrated my grandson's 21st birthday there last night, and it was incredible. The food was exquisite, and the service was outstanding. Everyone had a wonderful time, so thank you very much!
