Saluna - Newcastle

I had a delightful breakfast at this restaurant. The pancakes initially appeared small, but were surprisingly filling and delicious. They offer a variety of vegetarian and meat options, as well as excellent coffee. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I have been to Saluna for lunch and breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxed and open with seating inside or out. The presentation of the food was very good. Instead of everything cut up small the salad was chunky and very tasty. They have some really different choices on the breakfast menu which makes a nice change from the run of the mill. I had eggs with beetroot hummus.

Found Saluna on BeanHunter. Absolutely worth a visit. Cute interior with vintage styling, friendly staff and a variety of seating options. Huge takeaway coffee option as well as small, medium and large. The Huge has 4 shots of coffee so it was an obvious choice for me.Smooth blend and delicious chocolate on top of the skinny cappuccino. Will definitely go back.

We had some time to spare before our movie, so we strolled down King Street and discovered this charming cafe. We observed a steady flow of loyal customers and were impressed by the cheerful and accommodating staff. We look forward to returning for a quick meal before our next film.
