The Well - Newcastle

The staff was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious! My only recommendation would be to advise guests not to fill up on the delicious focaccia too quickly so they can save room for the incredible final course!

We made a reservation for New Year's Eve and received a confirmation email, but when we arrived, the place was completely deserted. This was very disappointing for such an important occasion.

We made a reservation for New Year's Eve and received two confirmation emails, which we confirmed again. We arrived on time, only to find that all other restaurants in Newcastle were fully booked, and The Well was closed and empty. We are extremely disappointed. Is this an issue with OpenTable, The Well, or both? Based on our experience, we cannot recommend either. OpenTable requested my feedback, so I'm sharing my review here.

Such an amazing experience!! staff were amazing and it was such a lovely day.

The staff were incredible and the food was fantastic! My only suggestion would be to remind guests not to overindulge on the delicious focaccia so they have room for the amazing final dish!
