Contribuisci feedbackWaited for an hour for my order as a crowd formed around me. it was a relatively normal dinner rush but it seemed like not a single person knew what they where doing. there was no sense of urgency what so ever, nobody was taking charge at all. I saw several people in the normal line wait 10 or more minutes just to pay for there food after the order was completed. as someone who has worked many years in food service I just wanted to go in the kitchen and take charge since nobody else was. it was not under staffed by any means, there appeared to be a full crew, and they forgot the guacamole that I paid extra for. if I wasn't staying in a hotel on a business trip I would have gone to the store bought all the ingredients and made the same meal in less time than I waited.
Worst chipotle location i’ve ever been to. had to stand for over an hour to receive my food after ordering online for pickup, along with 15+ people
Horrible. Forgot several items. Rice was uncooked and chicken was gross. Everything takes forever to arrive, do not come here.
I places an online order at 5:45 to be ready at 7. When I arrived at 7 they said they were a half hour behind and we had to wait A LOT longer than individuals standing in line to order.I am not sure if it is a location issue or a systemic chain issue.After reading reviews. This is not the first time this has happened.
So April 14 was my first day going to chipotle we were there for a volleyball tournament at the college. As soon as I walked in I noticed there was lettuce leaves on tables crumbs on tables crumbs on the floor tables had not been cleaned every single table inside of the facility was filthy. Trash needed, be removed because all trash cans were overflowing onto surfaces at that the soda machine even had trash around it, because the trashcan has not been dump yet When I got up to make my order I noticed that there was dried on food everywhere, which could’ve been avoided if the workers wife as they go setting a potential for food poisoning I noticed the wall behind him by the grills were also dirty, not clean, but since my daughter is an average chipotle fan I was like I will not jump book by covered but oh my God I am a actual chef and I am never, and would never let my kitchen or facility look at this filthy. It was uncalled for obviously there was enough staff that somebody could’ve been out there taking out the trash refilling, the soda machine refilling all cups lids straws, and so forth and wiping down the tables. God knows what kind of actual bacteria was floating around on the table. Seeing people eat at the tables, actually made my stomach extremely nauseated because I was afraid that they would get Sick . I did not finish my food need to say I threw it away because it hit me that I don’t want food poison.
