This hotel was the best of Santa Clarita Mexican cuisine, 12 minutes from 6 flags Amusment Park. When it comes to this area in the future, a must will stop. My plate had incredible fridules / brooms, scrambled eggs Nopales, the sauce was deliscous beyond is made, choice of flour, corn or hand made tortillas de corn / corn that was a leak in itself! The coffee a la Mexicana, great treats you want to try!

AMAZING MEXICAN FOOD!!! I had the Chilaquiles Verdes, huevos rancheros, Menudo, and the champurrado, and everything was fantastic! The bread is delicious as well. The staff is very attentive, and the music is at just the right volume. I can't believe I spent four years in SCV without discovering this gem!

It is a unique blend of spices and freshness, highlighting this restaurant. I've never been a mule until I eat it here. The complexity of each spice is highlighted by El Pueblo. They do this dish justice with the rich aromas that burst into the mouth with hints of cinnamon, oregano, chocolate and carnations among the many other ingredients in this dish. I came here twice to check the consistency of the plate that will check if not better the second time.

We sat outside and thoroughly enjoyed our desserts. They were all delicious! None of them were overly sweet, and they had a homemade quality that was delightful. The empanada crust was flaky without being overly buttery, and the guava filling was rich with the flavor of ripe guava. The flan was creamy and refreshing. My son absolutely loved his quesadilla and ate every last bite. El Pueblo offers indoor dining, and the food is fantastic. They even have live music on weekend nights, though that has been on hold due to the ongoing pandemic. This family-owned restaurant and bakery is a wonderful establishment that deserves support from the community. Next time you’re in the mood for great Mexican food or dessert, I highly recommend giving El Pueblo a try for lunch or dinner!

Just ate here for the very first time. The food was delicious and the service very attentive. Our group had flaunts, chalupas and tacos. Definitely will return.
