The young man who took my order was very old school courtesy (he called me sir) and very helpful during a busy after work rush to ensure that people fill orders understood mine. Well done young man!

Spicy chicken was fresh and hot and extra spicy. Mashers were hot and delicious. Cole slaw was cold and fresh. Service fast and friendly...highly recommended location!

I am overjoyed to submit a “5- STAR Review” for “Sonia” the Restaurant Manager of Popeyes Chicken in Newhall, CA. Sonia delivered an “EXCEPTIONAL Customer Experience that left me “THRILLED to be a loyal customer. Sonia understands what Tailor-Made service is all about and it shows in her Leadership to her Team. She is definitely an asset to the Popeyes Chicken company. I specifically visited the restaurant because I wanted the Chicken Nugget Meal. “Melissa” greeted me at the counter with a smile and a pleasant welcome. I asked her if they would cook my nuggets fresh and without hesitation she said, “no problem.” Melissa spoke with Sonia and they partnered together to happily place my order fresh. Sonia, was in the back kitchen but was aware of what was happening on the front line and paid attention with a kind friendly acknowledgment and greeting to all the customers that walked in the restaurant for service. The whole staff was full of positive vibes, very efficient, helpful, friendly and thorough. Words cannot express my appreciation for Sonia’s professionalism, leadership and courteous service. At last, I finally tried one of those spicy chicken sandwiches that everyone has been raving about for the past five years. I was not disappointed! The seasoning was spot on, the chicken was crispy, and the bread was exceptional. The fries were just as good as I remembered, and overall, I couldn't find anything to complain about regarding the food—it was incredibly delicious. The staff was friendly, fun, and welcoming, and everyone seemed to be in a great mood, which is quite rare these days. I highly recommend this place; I was in and out in just five minutes. The food was fresh and hot—nothing was stale, overcooked, or cold.

I ordered the Family Meal Kombi with a gallon of tea, and the service was excellent—everyone was very helpful. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can't dine in yet. The chicken was delicious as always. Overall, I had a great experience.
