Caffe Fratelli - Newham

I requested to exchange my egg and mayo baguette due to an unusual taste, but was told that there was nothing wrong with it as another customer had just eaten one without complaint. The saleswoman was incredibly arrogant and rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

This Italian restaurant is a solid choice for a meal. They offer a variety of ciabattas with filling options that cater to different dietary needs. They have gluten-free options for those who are sensitive, as well as several vegetarian choices available.

The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They offer gluten free options and a wide variety of sandwich fillings. They also have a good selection of sweet treats and pastries. This restaurant is a hidden gem by the Thames and the IFS Cable Car. I would give it a 5-star rating.

I’m a local for the past 10 years, used to go there after restrictions were lifted during the pandemic as I wanted to help local businesses, always finding the staff to be very rude with no customer care what’s so ever, but with the lack of options I was buying from them. Stopped going there after a while since there were other coffe places opened around the docks. Unfortunately, decided to pop in there this morning to grab a take away pastry as I was going back home from walking my puppy, as I was inside the very crowded place and a horrible atmosphere (busy, feels like they are rushing all the time) the owner shouted from behind the counter that they don’t accept dogs, even though I was there to quick grab a pastry to go and taking into account that she knows me as I used to talk to her quite a lot during the pandemic when they reopened, it felt like she never saw me before and didn’t even care, how don’t you accept a dog inside a coffee shop in a neighbourhood where the majority of the residents have dogs?! It baffles me! They are still rude and I’m never stepping foot in there again. GO ELSEWHERE!!! There are other coffee places around the docks

A fantastic place to get real coffee and a snack. Their espresso is nicely dialed in, tasty, and well priced. Worth coming especially if you’re near the ExCel London.
