Chicken And Pizza Point - Newham

I used to be a frequent customer, visiting the restaurant 1-2 times a week for either pizza or chicken. However, over the past 2-3 weeks, I noticed a decline in the quality of the food being delivered. At first, I thought maybe I was just receiving leftovers at the end of the night, but my last order, a family bucket that cost £35, contained rotting cooked chicken pieces. The restaurant has since changed its name but remains at the same address. I highly recommend against ordering from there. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there was no refund for the undelivered items and no attempt to contact us. This used to be my favorite pizza place by far, but I waited 2 hours and only received a £2 discount. After arguing, I was able to get £5 off my £40 bill. When I called to report that one pizza was incorrect and all drinks were missing, there was no resolution. No refund, no corrected pizza, no drinks. After 20 years of being a customer, I will no longer be returning.
