Franco Manca - Newham

I recently visited Westfield, Stratford restaurant for the first time with my friends, and I must say we were all very disappointed with the vegetarian options. I ordered a veg pizza, which sounded great on the menu, but when it arrived, it was a complete letdown. The pizza was overly salty and dry, making it practically inedible—not just for me, but for all my friends as well. The toppings were minimal, with only a few small pieces, and overall, it felt like a waste of money. Important : Additionally, I ordered a lemonade, but when I took a sip, I noticed that the glass had a broken edge, which cut my lips. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed before serving customers. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope you can improve the quality of your food and ensure the safety of your glassware in the future.

Service was quick but the Margherita pizza we ordered was quite average and chewy.

Dry pizza, on a cheese paste base not looking particularly fresh and with a few ingredients thrown on top. Clearly no effort or care, it just wasn’t a good meal. And a weird tasting lemonade. Yeah..not coming back.

Really good pizzas, well worth the money (compared to the more expensive chains one floor up), and they were pleasant, kind and fast!

Without doubt the driest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I had the Franco’s Favourite. The dough was tasty as were the toppings of Smoked beef, rocket, capers and mozzarella. There was no tomato sauce or any sauce kind of base. I only remembered to take a photo after I had a couple of hours.
