Showed up all lights were off no one there durning advised business hours
Ordered an ice cream cake a few weeks ago for my cousin's birthday. Everytime I order Carvel it's like going back to when I was a kid. Everything was great...not much has changed and glad they are still going strong.
Ice cream is old.Service was not friendly. I had to ask for explanations and did not even get greeted when I went in and started looking around.
