Chipotle Mexican Grill - Newington

The restaurant is clean, the staff is excellent, and the portions are generous. This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to.

I was charged an extra $5.00 for queso and guac that were not even included in my burrito. They refunded me for the items I did not order, but the credit has not shown up in my account yet. Mistakes happen, but money is not easy to come by. It is definitely annoying and makes me wonder if I would return to that restaurant again.

DIRTY and call me old but the scratching of the nose rings then making food is gross. Even with gloves on if not more so.

Chipotle is always a fantastic dining experience with delicious food. The portion sizes are generous for the price you pay. We enjoyed it so much that we went back again 2 days later and will definitely be frequenting this restaurant in the future.

I love Chipotle and it's one of my favorite places to eat, but I'm getting frustrated with the rude and inattentive staff. Many of them seem like they couldn't care less about helping customers, especially the high school kids working there. It's a shame that they seem to lack respect for others. This seems to be a common issue at Chipotle locations I've visited. Additionally, I often find that they're out of many menu items when I finally get to order. I'm also concerned about cross-contamination practices at the restaurant.
