Contribuisci feedbackI love Panera, but recently I've noticed that there's often a missing item from my order, usually a drink. When I call the store, the manager is always nice and offers me a reward, but it feels pointless because I end up missing the drink on my next order too. - Annette M
I am really disappointed and shocked after ordering online from the Newington location. They were out of my favorite passion papaya green tea, had no broccoli cheddar soup, and no wonton strips for my salad. Most frustratingly, they refused to accept my card information. I'm done with this place and will be ordering from a different location from now on.
I've always been a fan of Panera sandwiches, and I'm excited that they've brought back the Frontega Chicken. Although it no longer comes with basil, it's still my favorite. The customer service is consistently excellent, even if the prices are a bit on the high side.
Panera's quality of food has gone way down in the past few years while their prices only go up. I have eaten at this location quite a bit and am constantly disappointed. Especially with take out. Something is always incorrect. Salad missing dressing,sandwiches with barely any meat, etc. I used to love Panera but no longer.
Every time I mobile order, they forget to include the bakery items!! The app prompts you to choose a cookie or other baked good, but invariably, they forget to put it in the bag. I?ve had to return to the restaurant several times just for a cookie that Ialready paid for. And when I mention it to the cashier, they make excuses. Unacceptable!
