No ice with the load on the same parking space to grab ice. management can't find out? 102° no cold drink. original chicken sandwich was cold and although I did not say salat, I got salat on my sandwich. apparently it is not my way. Hopefully there is improvement of the way food is treated and better customer service skills.
The new young man I think the new manager, his customer service is the top call. he is friendly helpful and friendly. on the other side he's only good, as his crew works for him. I had to wait for new texas southwest burger, which was good because he gave me some fresh riding that were the best I had come from there. my burger had 1 patty and lacked the avocado spread. it was a speck for which I paid almost $14. I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. I am disappointed because he is really the best customer service I have seen at the newman burger king.
That is the hammer king does not have the right management to operate the restaurant. there is a great lack of morality and a lack of coworkers to properly operate this facility. eating is always old and cold. Why is it that the exhaust smoke coming from the dach windows always smells 10x better than what the burgers themselves actually taste. if you order a burger from this burger king, the color of the burger looks like a bright grey tone. are no burgers should look like a darker brown color when cooked. simply say 'maybe they should try to cook with real 100% bark meat and maybe they would actually get a real business! I'm not coming to this burger king if you want a burger. they will surely be dissatisfied.
