Arthurs Landing - Newmarket

This is a great place and we definitely will come back. Olivia is also one of the associates or managers who is a great person and helped us have a beautiful evening with my wife.

We noticed that both the quality of food and service has declined here drastically in the past year and a half. In our last experience here, the food was quite sub par and not at all worth what they are charging. The food came out quite cold and was very bland. We also noticed that the drinks we had ordered seem somewhat bitter and watered down.Secondly, the service was absolutely terrible. There could not have been more than 30 people present on our last visit, but despite this, we never knew who our server was food was brought with no plates, no napkins, no spoons\forks etc. No one once came to us to see if everything was ok with our food, etc. Every time we had to flag a server down to see if they could assist us. All inquires we had were forgotten multiple times. This was very surprising to me considering the small amount of people that were present in proportion to servers present. At the end of the day it seemed like servers just did not care about the customers that were there. They seemed to be huddled inside most of the time as all the customers were out in the patio section.I suggest to the owners that they better train their staff and take another look at the food they are serving as we will not visit this location again, and will advise everyone that we know not to do so as well.A shame as this place used to be quite good.

Came here Saturday June 12, and was so so so disappointed, Patio floor had leaves and some garbage around the sitting area. Women’s Washrooms had paper towels everywhere.The Dining experience was poor. Our waitress was a bit aggressive. She would ask “is that it?” everytime after we spoke. She never filled our water or took our empty plates away.We came for the nachos. I had came before and it was the best. Today, i had to wait 30 minutes because they ran out of chips. When i got the nachos, they were so so so scimpy on the toppings. Barely any sour cream or guacamole. No Black bean dip AT ALL. We paid $5 extra for beef. There was barely any beef. It was overall incredibly disappointing.Also, no orange with our Belgian Moon. This place really seems to be cheaping out.Arthur’s landing, you lost a customer that once raved about your establishment. I will not be returning and will tell my friends to stay away from this place.

Best pizza in town and good choice of beers on tap!

Looking forward to going back when things open up this summer, a really great place! The chicken wings are a good size, definitely worth the price compared to other places around. Good variety in their drink menu too, got to try a few things previously that I've never had before
